You can come to the P.O.A office at 19210 Huebner Rd. suite 102 M-F between 8 am. and 5 pm. or to email us your changes just click here.

What does my monthly/now billed quarterly, maintenance fees pay for?
$8.00 each month goes to Stone Oak P.O.A., $9.92 per month pays for B.F.I. refuse pickup and Between $9.75 and $10.50 each month goes to security monitoring.

When does BFI pick up refuse
Twice
a week, Wednesday and Saturday, with Saturday being recycle pickup as well. Each
residence is allowed 5 bags of refuse, no more than 40 lbs. each, per pick up
day.
