~ The Stone Oak POA

The Stone Oak POA maintains the common areas outside the individual neighborhoods, within the boundaries of the master-planned Stone Oak community.

 

In addition to being members of Stone Oak each residential neighborhood within the Stone Oak master-planned community has its own homeowners association to handle issues for that particular neighborhood.  The Sonterra POA serves that purpose for the Sonterra neighborhoods.
