LEASH LAWS
The leash laws in San Antonio apply to both dogs and cats!  The City of San Antonio Municipal Code, which regulates the care and control of animals, has this to say about leashing and controlling pets:  “All dogs and cats must be confined to their owner’s property at all times except when on a leash.  Animal-care officers have the legal authority to enter unenclosed front yards of private property to impound unrestrained animals.”

LOST AND FOUND

If you can not locate a dog or cat you might check with the Sonterra Patrol Center.  Call 210-490-1158 to inform them about a lost pet or make inquiries regarding any reported found pets.
