~ Realtor Registration

 

 

Realtors who want to show properties in any of Sonterra's gated communities must be registered with the Sonterra Property Owner's Association.  Please click on the link below for the registration form.  Complete and return to our office, via email to info@mgmtco.com, or after normal business hours to the Sonterra Patrol Center.

 

Realtors Please Note:  when you renew your realtors license please let us know the new renewal date and/or re-register.  Our system will consider your license expired once we move past your current expiration and it will exclude you.

 

(If the office is closed at the time you need to register, please go to the Sonterra Patrol Center at 601 Sonterra Boulevard - at the intersection of Stone Oak Parkway and Sonterra Boulevard, and the entrance to The Club at Sonterra. Show your driver's license and proof of your Realtor's license to the Sonterra Patrol officers.  They will allow temporary access until you can complete a registration with our office.)
