Our Role

Assist the Board and Members in preserving community assets, maintain property values, and perform the operational and financial tasks of the management company.

Primary Objectives:

Implement and enforce all policies and governing documents (C C & R's), governmental laws, and state statutes
Manage the association finances (delinquencies, budgeting, examining reserves, assessment collection, payables and receivables, financial reporting)
Work with professional partners: CPA, legal counsel, and insurance agent
Coordinate maintenance activities and obtain proposals and vendors
Manage human resource needs
